I bought my car from Barrie Nissan in 2018, the warranty I purchased with it came with 10 free-oil changes so I have been using their service department ever since for oil changes, tire changes and regular maintenance. I’ve always had fantastic and honest service! I usually deal with Matt who will give me a call if they’ve noticed anything that should be fixed / dealt with other than the service I went in for - I have never felt that they have tried to sell me a service / repair that wasn’t necessary. The few things that I have needed fixed on the car have always been done promptly and within the quote provided - Matt is also really great about telling me if it’s something I need done right away or if it could wait until the next oil change and if so, how much it will be so I’m not shocked next time I go in. They also always wash my car and give me a coupon for another car wash!! Nancy who handles all the parts / service calls is also always amazing - I love that she’ll text me too to make things quick and easy :)

My husband and I went in with an idea of what we wanted, and we’re happy to find the perfect fit for us, the same day. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we had a positive experience.Danielle was extremely helpful in helping us find what we wanted, and any questions we had during or after picking up our new vehicle, she was always quick to respond.The service department was great, and so was Ryan, who helped us greatly with all of the financials.Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking, and a thank-you again for a happy experience!

For the second time in a row, we have had a great experience with Barrie Nissan. We just bought our 2017 Ford Escape here and we received outstanding service. Mitch, our sales rep, went above and beyond in making sure we had the right vehicle for us, and made the experience so easy and pleasant for us. He even went out and bought a big bow to make our new-to-us car feel extra special, and very exciting for our young son too! We also received very kind and courteous service from Ryan on the finance side of things. He walked us through all our options and made sure we had all the information we needed to make our decision, and was happy to answer any questions we had.

Had a great experience buying my new vehicle. I was interested in the Ariya, which I had seen on internet and knew that there weren’t a lot available. When I saw one model on the lot, I stopped to see it, but someone had put a deposit on it. Talked with Jesse, he answered everything he could, and I told him I was interested in the copper one. There was one in ON and the dealership did what they could to get it to me. It is now mine. Both Jesse and Graham, the finance guy, were super helpful and applied no pressure. I love it!

Absolutely unmatched service, bought a new frontier, had shaking issues. Couldn’t figure it out but they never gave up. Got engineers in, gave me a loaner and replaced transmission, engine mounts, and other parts and kept me in the loop the entire time. Have my truck back, drives like a dream. The way they took care of me they 100% have a customer for life. My 3rd Nissan … won’t be my last. Thank you Matt and company, really appreciate everything you did.
