Had a very terrible experience. I dealt with the salesman named Ian. He was completely disrespectful throughout my experience. He was shouting in the show room while going over my trade in. I was so excited to drive down there and purchase a new guitar and he turned it into a very sad memory for me. I work in sales as well and experience is everything for me regardless of the situation. I ended up buying the guitar because I truly did like the purchase. Moving forward I definitely don’t want to deal with him. He looks like he hates his job and clearly wants to ruin other people’s days. Aside from that love the guitar. Thank you “long and Mquade” always have what I want!

Good store, huge selection. The salesman who helped us was incredibly ignorant, and not to helpful. I purchased a fender electric guitar, case, and strap. We also looked at electric violins for my daughter, we will do our best not to shop here again. 2 stars is for the store lots of items, deducted 3 stars for service, if they worked for me they would be fired.

Very friendly atmosphere, best long & McQuade in the city. The bigger ones are ice cold. Came in for a tool here and had a nice look around and left with the tool for free. Shout out to Adam he was very nice

This has never been my favorite L&M location as I've always found the salespeople off-putting, but they happened to have a used piece of gear that I wanted. Whatever, I can deal with that. The main issue (which, I might add, is not something I would ever expect) is that the half the store smelled like body odour. I brought the gear home and it still smells! I'm going to keep the gear and let it air out but good god, tell your employees to shower!

I telephoned a competitor store to rent a PA System, but they could not help me. I then called L and M, and from the beginning of the conversation, I received excellent customer service from Jesse. He recommended the exact type of system for my needs. Yesterday, when I dropped by the store, I received equally excellent service from Scott at the front desk.I am particularly grateful to Jesse for informing me of the education discount, something that was never mentioned to me during my purchases at the Pembina location.Five stars each for Jesse and Scott.

Went to go and get a audio interface since I’ve been recording music with my phone for 2+ years, and was finally ready for an upgrade, the staff was so kind and greeted me when I entered. They talked me through the decision process and gave me many tips about the product I was getting. 10/10 place would 100% recommend to a friend.

Got a set up and some work done on a mandolin. Their luthier Wally took good care of me. If you're looking for the high-end stuff this is the place to go. However they have plenty of entry level products for people starting out.

I recently consulted Jesse about a problem I was having with my microphone and audio setup. He had me bring my gear in and was able to get to the root of the problem and solve it. His knowledge of audio recording is exceptional. I highly recommend going to him for anything related to audio recording. Thanks again!
