Viibrant Earth Cafe & Bistro
Dropped in for lunch, nice, quiet, friendly and refilled our bike bottles. Tried a few things amongst our group, the winner was the pulled pork hoagie. Kids also liked croissants (regular and almond) and the fruit smoothie. Previous review correctly states the cafe has a new name and owner. The kids said we should go back!

After a hockey game in the cool nearby arena, we were seeking a warm place to get a hearty meal. We found it here, and then some! Wonderful cozy room and exceptionally friendly folks greeted us immediately. The borscht was likely the best borscht we’ve ever had and the incredible fresh house-made sour dough bread and hard cheese made an excellent meal! There is also a large selection of baking and the individual pies we took home for dessert were delicious. Highly recommend this new restaurant and wish the friendly attentive proprietors the best of success!

Dar and Facundo’s cafe and bistro is incredible! You will feel right at home and eat the most delicious food ever. Their coffee is also five stars! We LOVE the sourdough and borscht.

Stumbled into this gem while passing through. The staff was amazing the food was unreal good. The gluten free options are amazing. So good we bought a loaf of bread to go as well as GF desert. Don't know if we will ever pass the town again but if we do we will be stopping.

I love that everything from the bread to the sausage is made in house from scratch. The dishes we indulged in today where well thought out, executed with care and divine on the palate. Rich, fragrant and nutritious. The ambience is very zen. With plants in the windows, lots of sunlight and a little attitude and personality. Speaking of personality- the 2 people who own and run this experience are pleasurable, amicable and certainly add to the enjoyment of dining here.

We stopped here on our way through and are we ever glad we did! We have been traveling quite a bit over the last week with disappointing meals and service, but this hidden gem nailed these elements. My partner had the Vibrant Breakfast is and said it was fantastic, my friend had the Belgian Waffle and was thrilled as well. I ordered the grilled cheese - it was the largest and most delicious I had ever eaten, I couldn't finish it. Presentation was on point too. The service was the best I have had in what feels like months which is crucial to the overall atmosphere. This place is definitely worth the stop if you're in the area, we will definitely come back ourselves.

We enjoyed an excellent breakfast at the Vibrant Cafe today. It is bright, airy and very relaxing. The owners went above and beyond when our order got lost on its way to the kitchen. Can't wait to slice into the loaf of sourdough bread.

This is my third time to Viibrant Earth and each time I grow more and more attached. The food here in I N C R E D I B L E.. when my French toast got to the table, I felt like I had won an award. The people and the overall vibe here is so positive and uplifting.It’s a beautiful, holistic community space with plants, crystals, inspiring messages... and it has a little boutique shop to buy handcrafted jewelry and art!I love that there are plenty of veggie options available and milk alternatives. The oat milk flat white is delightful!!What more can I say? You’ll love it.
