Overall terrible customer service, despite some kind and helpful people.The salesmen on site look down at you, they don’t offer any help or enhance your shopping experience. We asked to purchase an item we found online and he spoke to us like we were dirt. He was rude and arrogant, but thankfully the logistics team was more helpful and accommodating despite not being able to do anything about the situation.We travelled to another another Leon’s location to try and purchase the same item, and again though some people were kind, the salesmen were not. Their system is archaic - you shouldn’t have to ask your customers to go back on the floor to find a SKU for you so you can find your product. Mind you the product we were looking at was a children’s animal ottoman and I assume should be easy to find, but the person we spoke to had no idea what it was and insisted on us to retrieve the information they needed to find the product……..They are selling.Overall, really terrible experience. We purchased what we had to purchase and it’ll be the last time. Don’t bother shopping there. The upturned noses of the sales team should be enough of a deterrent.

This is a worst furniture store everI have bought all appliances and a Sealy elegance mattress in 2021. They fool me to buy mattress cover which comes with extended warranty after 2 years the mattress goes bad it sagging and they refuse to replace it.

Absolutely a ridiculous place to shop for furniture. They love taking your money, and the sales agent could practically lie to you. Because when it comes to resolving issues afterwards, they do not care at all. Go only if you’re comfortable with terrible customer resolutions afterwards and if you enjoy being hustled to buy into things that they can’t hold a standard to.

I’m not at all impressed with the quality of the couch purchased nor the quality of customer service to find a solution. Interesting how the couch breaks in less than a couple of months, and their stock is already “discontinued”. Yet, the same (not similar), SAME couch is “re-named” and “re-priced” and of course not offered to replace! Absolutely absurd. They won’t replace it, compensation offer less than you can imagine. Could maybe cover the gas to get to the store. So, now I’m stuck with a broken love seat with no actual solution, just issues on issues. Another issue with the bed hasn’t been solved since august 2022 because their parts come over seas on a boat. Okay, so that’s now a customers issue? I’m not impressed. It bothers me that I’m spending a good amount at Leon’s Furniture, without anyone giving a care in the world to solve my issues. I’m sure, it’s always about who’s willing to rise to the occasion. But currently I’ve gone through at least 10 different reps. I have come to ZERO solutions.

Très accueillant. I liked how the sales associate was helpful and transparent. I bought most of my stuffs from there.

To be honest the worst place ive ever gone to shop.Only 1 person out of 5-6 people who were walking around offerred to assist other. The rest of the old men that are hired , were just lazy and just being plain dirty and felt like they were judging us immediately. We went in and immediately came out as it wss not a welcoming or willingness to help in that place. Will not be shopping there for sure .

Was greeted, then left alone to walk through the showroom - much appreciated - no pressure.. gathered info pics and left...Lots of product, some deals. May be back

5 yrs ago I bought a sofa from them and found it uncomfortable and felt cheaply made. After a year of searching for a specific chair it was only available at Leon’s. Out of desperation I bought 2. They were both damaged upon delivery and instead of replacing the chair Leon’s sends a repair man because apparently they only do replacements if the repair man can’t fix them. 4 chairs and 3 months later I had to settle for repaired chairs. The repair man took a look at my sofa and thought the frame was broken. I mentioned that it was like that since day one. He took a look and a leg was missing which meant regular usage was damaging it it daily. I never got a credit or an apology. Don’t shop at Leon’s as they can’t provide properly finished product and offer terrible customer service.

Nice layout and great location. The staff members are helpful and not judgemental as encountered in one of the competitors stores.They try to offer help in any form and they are ready to answer any question with smile.I recommend this Leon's store.

Looking for a swivel bar stool, the trip continue here.At the entrance, a single sofa was on sales, comfortable and friendly in price, but that was not the item on agenda. The store featured contemporary style of furniture, price is mostly acceptable. However, there are not much choices on the item I am looking for. Probably will be back another time for other items.
