We required a very old set of wooden stairs going to the basement to be removed and a new set built very quickly as an older relatives home had to be ready for a quick sale. Adam responded quickly to my call, In a couple of days was able to alter his arrangements so he could come and remove the old stairs and provide us with a new extremely well-built and sturdy replacement. He worked very quickly as he knew what he was doing since the stairs had to be measured and built on site. He is very professional and a pleasure to work with. I recommend him highly.

I was impressed with a fence Adam had done in our neighbourhood, which is why I'm so disappointed that he never delivered our quote that he promised. In January I reached out about a backyard fence, after a few calls I finally reached him. At his request I sent our house lot grading/plan... no response. Followed-up 3 weeks later, he replied apologetically to say he would provide a quote within the week. That was February 5th... then radio silence. I followed-up two weeks later and asked if he could let us know if his schedule was too busy to quote our fence and got no reply, which was essentially our answer. I understand being busy, but I just wish businesses would be honest if they aren't even able to provide a quote before I send over personal information.

We were fortunate to find Carpentrywork after a long, frustrating period of no-shows and responses from various contractors. The job was to rebuild our 16-ft. wide wooden gate as well as shift over one of the posts. Adam was professional, courteous and understood the issues which were mainly the gates’ heavy weight. Adam did an excellent job and finished it quicker than expected. He was extremely detailed-oriented and went over and beyond in giving us a beautifully constructed gate. We highly recommend his services.

I used Adam when finishing our deck and fence. He was professional and attentive to the specific style I wanted. My vision for the deck was a bit complicated, but Adam was able to see my vision and it turned out exactly how I wanted. He is very skilled in his craft and I highly recommend him. He always took my calls when I had questions and was courteous and friendly. It is difficult to find a contractor in this industry that you can trust, so as a former happy customer, I can confidently say that he at the top of his profession.

Adam built two walls of floor to ceiling bookshelves for my study.The results were beautiful. The choice of wood and the finsh were perfection. I enjoy them every day as a backdrop to my life as a teacher and professor.In another project Adam built a small deck and wood fence enclosue with gate in our rear garden. Beautiful work, so careful precise, and accomodating of some tricky site conditions. /we love it!In a small project at our front porch, Adam insalled a privacy screen, very tricky fitting, but Adam resolved it all beautifully.

Adam perhaps most unprofessional and non responsive fence installer. He has not completed our and our neighbor's fence on-time. His quality of work is very poor fence does not provide privacy lots of gap left. Once he gets his first installment he stopped responding. Do not use this guy go with the reputed company. For simple fence he takes forever to complete and left his work trailer park our place.

An exceptional master carpenter!!! Adam’s work is top-notch! He built three large outdoor garden boxes for us, and they were exactly what my husband and I wanted! Adam understood our vision and offered his expertise with professionalism. We are repeat customers and he is always so personable and precise. We contacted Adam to find out if he could build a new grooming table to specific measurements for our existing grooming salon. He came over to assess the job and provided a written estimate within a couple of days. He came over to do the work within a week, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Adam is professional, reliable and completed the work quicker than expected. Highly recommend Adam for any interior/exterior work. We will be sure to contact him first the next time we have a project for him.
