Went in today to check this place out based on a recommendation. Dealt with Nazim regarding upgrading my older phone, the process couldn't have been any smoother and he was helpful with any questions I had and even installed the screen protector that I had purchased. Do not shop here. My mom went in with what she wanted and the guy kept telling her she has to go on a contract. She just want to pay for a phone and do pay as you go as she is doing now.

I bought a motorola E5 play phone from this kiosk on Feb 1st brand new for the last month the phone has had problems that need repair.The phone is suppose to be covered for a 1 year warranty and they refuse to honour it.So now im stuck with a new defective phone under warranty that i can"t have replaced or repaired lol. So the choice is your"s if you want to deal with this kiosk GOOD=Luck if you choose to do so."
