The stress of working at RRSS will mentally and physically break you, and management will make no efforts to provide the supports needed for staff or the people being supported. I would not recommend a career with this agency, but if you want to work with some lovely folks, gain some experience, and make some quick cash, it's a decent casual/part-time job for a short time - just avoid dealing with anyone at main office" as long as you can."
