Friendly and great people, Daban and the lady who sits next to the window. They are professional offering atio translation at affordable prices but just make sure to check your translation as mine had a mistake. I got it corrected for free.

Very unprofessional and rude staffI came to this office to translate a medical degree from Arabic to English, and since the degree has very specific scientific phrases that need to be translate exactly according to medical terms, I have brought the English degree asking them to take the exact scientific title from it.They did not object, and for that I have paid the fees.But I was really surprised when I received my translation to see that he used word to word translation which make no sense in the medical terms.I asked him to correct this mistake, and I even showed him the official English University certificate that shows the exact title in English, but the old man refused to correct this mistake, and start giving excuses about how he has spent long years in the business, and he how he know better than me.And since this translation was no use for me without correcting these mistakes, therefore I asked for a refund but he refused to refund me telling that he will not give me my money back,I did not appreciate this attitude, if you do not deliver the agreed service then at least have the decency to return the money

Terrible service, many mistakes in translation,not even close translation in medical terminology .I had to redo everything and send him the finals.I paid full price with tax,I sent him an E-transferI sent him a paid shipping label,and he was so lazy even to arrange drop off or even schedule a pickup!!. he replied, he is busy and I have to do it!!!I end up schedule Purolator to pickup from his homewhat kind of business and service is that????Not Professional AT ALLNot reliable AT ALLdon't waste your time and money.

We’ve been using Daban Translations for a long time and they’ve been doing an acceptable job generally. Unfortunately, Rasool’s ego has got the better of him, as he made a significant translation error for our entry/exit record document that rendered it useless.We tried to ask Rasool to correct the error but he rudely denied and dismissed our request. We were shocked that this is the same Rassol that we’ve been dealing with before. This caused us a lot of stress as we had to find another translator within a time constraint, and of course, pay again.I am very disappointed in Daban Translations for refusing to correct such a simple mistake that caused us a big inconvenience.

The service was goodOnly bad thing by mistake he stamped the original document which initially cause me problem where I need to submit the document however when government official calls him to confirm the authentication of document he confirmed it otherwise I will be in big troubleGood location is not correct
