I have experience the worst customer service. I was promised parts for a hardtop Gazebo for over 18 months. I have send emails upon emails to Igal who is the warehouse manager who have assured that will be placed for delivery. As of today's date I have not my parts .

Awful, seems like they actively work to make it difficult to get a response from customer service. Also extremely cheap manufacturing for something relatively expensive. Honestly avoid as best as you can.

I bought a “hard too” gazebo for 1200$ and it collapsed in the winter. When I called, they have advised it was a sun shelter and it’s not supposed to withstand winter… warranty of course not covered… al their “hardtops” are sun shelters and they admitted to this happening to numerous clients. If I’m paying for a hardtop, the expectation should not be to spend hours before winter to put it away. Company promotes hardtops in canada that are sun shelters. My neighbour bought a hardtop with a STEEL roof and it’s still up! I was very misled

Very bad customer service and rude behavior..I bought a Gazebo for my motel and it broke down in a few days only. Even though there was a 1 year manufacturing warranty but when I talked to Dura Housewares they never got back to me. I sent them a dozens of email and tried calling them several times but their customer service never got back to me. At the end, I talked to their owner. He was very rude and unprofessional. He could not even understand English very well. I strongly recommend to never buy any product from them..they do not cover any warranty and very bad customer service.

Fairly expensive conversation set, 6 piece jasmin set falling apart after 1 year. spoke with customer service and wasn't able to get a satisfactory result. Customer service stated that this product needed to be stored in a heated area for the winter, who has the room to store something of this size for the winter? I stored it covered in my shed which I thought was more than adequate as most people just leave the furniture on their deck / patio. Your more than welcome to come to my house to see this garbage before I throw it out if you live in the GTA. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR IMPORTED PRODUCTS.

For my work, I have to assemble products for customers. We have had The Misfortune of selling Dura products. There's some of the lowest quality, very shoddy manufacturing and Design. Don't waste your money, this stuff is very poorly made. One of the companies I've seen that has bolts pre stripped
