The Brick

This local store is wonderful. My partner and I stoped by the Brick in Ajax store this evening and we had an amazing experience. We were greeted by the sales consultants Nuria and Sarah. The ladies were very well spoken and extremely knowledgeable about the products. They helped us to choose the right mattress, covers and the bed frame. We were very satisfied with the experience and will definitely come back to this store again.

I had an amazing experience at Ajax location thanks to Maria and Sarah. Maria went above and beyond to help me with a sofa purchase that had quality control issues. Although an exchange was not normally offered for such issues, Maria listened to my concerns and took immediate action to resolve the problem. Her professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the process. Thanks to her efforts, the issue was resolved swiftly and to my complete satisfaction.Sarah also deserves praise for her outstanding assistance. I had a great experience with this location. A huge thank you to Nuriya who went above and beyond in helping us get our new fridge delivered ASAP! Ours broke and we were using a cooler and tiny beer fridge, we are a family of 5 so this was not ideal. So grateful for her help, highly recommend!

The customer service at the Ajax location was unmatched. I took a bit of time of make up my mind since it's my first time purchasing furniture for myself and Sarah was so patient and answered all my questions, offered suggestions and ensured I left satisfied. Helped me with an on-line purchase. Zoe was the sales agent and she was friendly, polite, and easily understood (I'm a veteran with hearing aids). Walked me through the process and clearly explained additional warranty features.

Brandon, the store manager, was super helpful during our visit. We went for a sectional couch and he helped us with figuring out the color, dimensions, delivery, and even included a free set of ear buds!! I’m never going to another Brick, this is the one to go!

Recently bought two couches from the Brick Ajax, the customer service provided by Drew ( over the phone ) and Sarah were top notch. Sarah was not pushy, she provided us with all our options regarding buying two different items with two different shipping dates. She spent the time to answer all our questions and provided us with alternatives. Very good experience.
