I just want to take a moment to say how thankful I am to have come across Marks website! He recently helped us with our computer which was completely unusable. It had frozen to a point where it wouldn’t even process anything past logging in. He went above and beyond to save our computer. The patience and hours spent were beyond what anyone else would have done and surely we would no doubt have been told our computer was beyond repair. But Mark graciously took the time needed and we now have our computer back.. we couldn’t be more thankful for all his efforts! Thank you Mark!!

I contact mark after someone posted his service in our local Facebook community page after my wife asked. Boy were we happy to get in contact with him.Extremely professional from start to finish. I felt he genuinely cared about us and our needs. His rates were beyond fantastic compared to any big box store.We would highly recommend you contact mark first over any box store or storefront. Will use him again!!Oh and his service was fast and accurate timeframes!

I was referred to Mark after I lost a valuable computer file. With all the normal file recovery steps exhausted, I didn't have high hopes, but Mark worked so diligently on my machine and was able to recover it. His rate was more than reasonable (less than half of what Staples quoted me) and his service was fast and impeccable. I won't take my computer anywhere else after this!
