Food Pavilion

This is a nice food court. It is centrally located within the shopping center. Some pretty good food choices here and plenty of seating is available. Off to the right side of the building is a lottery center. There's some cool photos of the old Center Mall property inside the building.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the customer service representative who had her back up the entire time I was speaking to her about the washrooms BEING LOCKED!! When I said I was calling to give feedback bc I’m a visiting nurse and I had used these facilities in the past she said it had been closed bc of covid. I understand that’s the reason, but it makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE AT ALL that we can buy all the food, lottery tickets etc, but you can’t use the washrooms or the sink to wash your hands... I was then given the response of “I’m looking out the window at two hand sanitizer stations right now so you can wash your hands” and then she proceeded to tell me I could go to TIM HORTONS OR WALMART to use their washrooms. I will NOT BE RETURNING to this facility EVER to buy food, will advise others to do the same AND I’ve contacted CHCH news about your lack of compassion to patrons and lack of professionalism from your customer service representative who is answering your phone. The logic here is ILLOGICAL.

Super clean facility. We usually only visit in the mornings on Saturdays so it isn't busy.

Food is pretty good in the different places. Lotto center is open.

I met a lady here no good

Wok Express. My go to place ! Been going for 20 years ! I live out of town now and I come back whenever I can to get a meal. Great taste and the portions are HUGE ! Great service. Consistent in taste !

As far as food courts go it is pretty good. It was clean. Had a decent variety. Service was quick and food was fresh. There was plenty of space so you did not feel like your conversation interfered with anyone else's. All being said a positive experience.
