Charges much more than others. I did fingerprints for $135 + tax while my friend did it for $50 somewhere else.

Rude and condescending on the phone… a little nicer in-person. Regardless, go somewhere else. Asked for $150 for a fingerprints when I believe you can get it for $60 downtown

Rude on the phone, interrupted me and didn't give me a chance to explain my situation. Unhelpful, and a little incredulous chuckle at the end of our call, after not having the specific materials he wanted (which the other agency was fine with). Fee was 3x the amt I paid for one in dt Vancouver.This is the second call I've had with them, in both instances the person on the phone was rude, as well as the costs high. The first time I called them for a diff service, there was a pressure to book an appt on that day as if the availability was limited.No tact in conversation, all business. Cold.

Very greedy, I asked to translate the drive license but this place asked for 55, while others translation only charge 25-30 for that. It will take him 1 hour to translate a license but most of offices just need 5-10 mins. The funny thing is he says if I need it urgently, he will charge 65. This is not the good way to run business.
