I strongly recommend Vanular Lawyers for your real estate transactions.We sold our house, but the buyer wanted to back off before the closing date. After receiving a letter from the buyer’s lawyer, first thing next morning Jason already sent us an email clearly listing all the options we had and cons and pros of each option. The litigation lawyer Brent was involved in the first place. In addition to Jason’s emails, a zoom meeting with Brent was arranged even he was out of town. (He had to have the meeting as early as 8:30AM in a Chicago hotel). Brent further explained the pros and cons of all options we had based on his court experience. Within 24 hours, we clearly understood what options we had and what actions we should take. Then Jason responded to the buyer’s lawyer with a powerful letter based on our plans. In the end the buyer’s lawyer replied that the buyer would complete the transaction.In the current market, what happened to us has been happening more often.
