From the first call to completion dealing with Total Restoration was effortless.They responded immediately when our basement flooded to clean up and dry out. The project coordination was great. We were impressed at how professional everyone was on the team and the integrity of the people involved. Felt very comfortable with the folk who came into our house. Very good communication throughout. Big thanks to Ryan and Lindsay, and their teams, who did a great job. We are happy with the repair.

They guided me through the initial process and once the restoration began, I was provided with a daily schedule for repairs. All members of the Total" team were courteous

Total Restoration was amazing after our basement flooded! They came out right away, helped us find a plumber who was reasonably priced and able to complete the repair on a Sunday, and took care of everything every step of the way. They were easy to contact when we had any questions and we were so happy with the work they did.

Very pleased so far with the services of Conan and his team in their quick response to the damage caused from a tree on our cabin. The building was sealed off and all of the contents packed away and stored safely offsite. He has been great to deal with for the last several weeks as we go through the insurance process, and look forward to working with him on the re-build which starts soon! UPDATE: The repairs and re-build were completed this past summer; we were very pleased with the care and attention to detail Total Restoration carried throughout the process. I moved into my new place and had bought a high quality washer. It leaked several times and eventually it was replaced as they couldn’t find the problem. But the new washer also leaked so I was left with a very damaged floor. It was very stressful trying to fight with the washer company to stand behind their product. When I finally decided to go the insurance route and contacted Total Restoration all my stress disappeared. They came very quickly to assess my damage and talk through all my concerns and answered all my questions. Once approved, they were quick to set up a schedule. They treated all of my furniture so carefully and covered and protected everything. They went above and beyond what I was hoping for. They communicated well and let me know what was happening on a regular basis. They repainted the baseboards and walls. I feel like I got a brand new house. Everything looked amazing and they moved everything back and cleaned everything. Even my windows. They also told me to contact them if there were any concerns. I so highly recommend them. Every person I came in contact with was helpful and so kind. I’m very grateful!!

We are very happy with the work done by Total Restoration on a recent insurance claim. Initial response time was excellent, work needed was assessed quickly and a work plan generated. Tear out and clean up of the damage was quick and well done. Then in the restoration, Andrew in particular did an excellent job in the carpentry, dry-wall work and painting (and by Julia) - and was excellent to deal with personally. There would be no hesitation at all for us to use Total Restoration again should the need arise.
