Minute Key

Keys don't work. Not sure how to request a refund. The experience and ease of use was great if only I received the keys that were cut to size.Sept 2021 update: customer service contacted me and provided a refund for the key not cut to size. Updating to 4 stars just because of ease of use and quick response to my issue.

3 keys, 3 minutes. They all work better than the master key. Very convenient automated kiosk at a Walmart.

A quick and convenient automatic key duplicating vending machine located near the entrance/exit at Walmart. It recognizes most keys, but usually not mailbox ones. Takes about 3 minutes to analyze and duplicate one key. You can select from various key designs. Never had a problem with a duplicate key not working.

The Service was good. Key cut are good. Process is smooth. Price is little high. Unfortunately, I did not get a receipt. I did three transactions yesterday but did not received the receipt for all three transactions. However, I received their promotions and news letters. I am not sure why would the do that.

Do NOT recommend. Copied numerous keys and contacted the company for the guarantee for the key that doesn't work. Was sent a code for a free one that had already been redeemed.Go to any hardware store or canadian tire and they will cut keys for less.Do NOT trust the guarantee and I will also write to walmart regarding this as the kiosk was in their store.

Other than not knowing I had to touch & scroll down the computer screen to finalize an option, it was easy to use & no hidden surprises like extra fees. What was shown on the screen is what was charged. I wish they would offer a receipt at the time, so I could prove I made the purchase, in case the key does not open the lock. I chose to enter my e-mail to get a receipt, which is the only proof of purchase I have. Too bad that it cannot duplicate my car-key....I only want one for the door/trunk in case I leave my keys inside the car. To purchase this particular key at a car dealer is costly. (Update: I noticed only the address shows up on my review. I purchased this inside Wal-Mart; machine is right in the front lobby, fast & easy access to get the key)

I bought 2 keys because you get 1 free, the free key doesn't work, I am disappointed. The machine is very easy to use. The kids loved picking out a cool design amd waiting for the keys to be made.

Price is high as compare other station.Some of key is not work for copy also I was looking for stainless steel metal key but no option for that.

Excellent key cutting!. The experience was marvelous and smooth. convenient operation within minutes. The keys are working in perfect condition too. Highly recommend

I am composing this review as I wait for my key to be cut. Bruh, are we in the future? I guess so, I mean, we must because; I gave my house key to a MACHINE to have it duplicated. While I am standing there, my face pressed up against the glass, I gazed with befuddlement as I watch A.I. machine learning performing replication right in front of my very eyes. At this moment I realized my very likeness and physical appearance could be getting scanned by this so-called key MACHINE" as well. This machine could very well be a human replicator device disguised as a key cutter planted in this Wal-Mart by one of our foreign adversaries. I need to open this machine up
