It was a pleasure working with Jun. He was very thorough, took pictures & wrote a comprehensive report covering all aspects of our 6000+ sq. ft house. He must spent over 7hours and still took the time to summarize his findings. We received a full detailed report at the end of his inspection (50pages), which was helpful because of our removing subject to inspection deadline. He’s both fluent in Chinese and English and gave us real insight of which aspects needed immediate attention and which things were cosmetic. I would recommend Jun.

Having him as for the check up of our new home is definitely the best choice I’ve ever made! Jun is professional and knowledgeable! He helps us to do a thorough check up of the home including the roof!! We had someone to check the house we currently live in. Jun is MUCH MUCH professional! Jun provides many improvement and upgrade advice to us. His report is fast and detail! The service fee is more than reasonable! I would definitely use him again if I have chance and I’ll recommend him to anyone who needs the service!
