Appropriately named, 1st Choice Painting just completed spray painting my popcorn stipple ceilings and did an amazing job from start to finish. I was totally impressed with their professionalism, respectfulness of our home and belongings and were very reasonably priced. It is unfortunately difficult these days to find contractors who take pride in what they do and deliver outstanding customer service but I can say without hesitation they delivered on all fronts! I used 1st Choice for the painting of the vinyl siding on my house. Jani gave me what I feel was a fair quote for the job, and he and his team did a great job--in less time than I had anticipated. We have gradually been renovating our home for the past few years. After not being satisfied with 3 other painting companies in Phase 1 of our renovations, we hired FIRST CHOICE PAINTING to begin Phase 2. They started with one bedroom where they removed the popcorn ceiling, applied a fill coat, skim coat and final coat to the ceiling with sanding in between to a Level 5, and applied 2 coats of paint to the walls. We were so impressed with the high quality of work, attention to detail, and fair price by FIRST CHOICE PAINTING we have hired them for all our painting needs since. Recently we completed Phase 5 which included painting a 16 foot sloped California Knockdown ceiling. I was worried that we just had new hardwood floors installed, but Jani the owner, assured me there would be no damage and he was true to his word. Jani is friendly and willing to listen to what the homeowner wants. He has a team of experienced painters who take great care in preparing the area, painting with perfection and thoroughly cleaning up when they are done. Shout out to one of the team members Sazan, who did a masterful job on drywall repair and filling in a large gap on the stairway wall to the basement, plus applying two different paint colours to the dining room ceiling (see photos). I highly recommend FIRST CHOICE PAINTING for all your painting needs.

Just had painting done on my house and WOW, what an amazing job. Gianni and crew were amazing, efficient and repaired and worked with all of my concerns. I highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future!

I am a very meticulous and detailed person when it comes to completing projects and detail work. I respect and appreciate a company that holds the same values. Had a great experience with this company right from the start. This was the 3rd quote of 3 we got for exterior painting. Jani provided an honest and fair quote for the work. He communicated well during the process and showed up when he said he would. On site he operated very safely especially given the tricky heights he had to access. Jani and his team took extreme care to make sure all paint surfaces were properly prepared and drop cloths were used to protect surrounding areas. Workmanship is next to none. High quality and very professional. When finished everything was cleaned up. We are very happy with the whole experience and would use this company again.

Great job. I bought a home this past summer and essentially had 1st Choice repaint my whole home (interior). It was a ton of work, including ceilings, walls, baseboards etc. Very happy with their work.

I recently got my house painted and 1st choice painting crew were amazing. They were quick, efficient, kind and very professional. The job was nicely done and they also cleaned up right after. I would definitely recommend 1st choice painting.
