My wife went to the pharmacy from ER with a prescription at 9:35pm, and the lady who worked at the pharmacy refused to give her the medication because she claimed that she has already closed down the counter even though pharmacy hours says till 10pm. She was very rude and inconsiderate, there is no chance I would go back there

I consistently have the best experiences with the pharmacy at this location. The staff are helpful and kind every time I call and have made transferring prescriptions as easy as possible.

Just had a question about an eye drop they were out of stock in and couldn’t get anyone to even come to the consultation window for me after being sent there for my question. I stood there while two pharmacists I guess they were discussed personal issues for about five mins and then proceeded to walk farther away from me and go do other things . That’s ok in that time I found the product at Rexall and now have it and on my way home . Nice way to run a business at least I didn’t have to wait who knows how long for it to be in stock for .

Pams positive attitude and incredible customer service made our experience at this shoppers incredibly smooth. On a busy Saturday Pam still took the time to help us with our purchase we were having an issue with. Pams customer service alone was far superior to the Shoppers up the road at Erb. Thank you very much Pam!

I have never experienced such blunt racism/discriminatory bias from a sales associate EVER. I walked in looking to buy a luxury perfume/makeup, and the lady in the beauty boutique followed and hovered over me the entire time. With that said, there were multiple other people in the store (all non-persons of colour, other than me; for context I am brown). She only chose to follow me. I went to the next isle continue to shop, nothing but my phone and keys in my hand. She shouted “EXCUSE ME” from the other isle and came running to grab my hands. I was in complete shock. She then followed me to other isles again. I nearly started to cry from how uncomfortable she made me feel. I understand it’s their job to ensure there is nothing suspicious going on, but only following me when there were others in the store and following me to point if breathing down my neck is disgusting beyond words. This woman should not be working retail if she has such underlying racism in her bias. She had coloured dark red hair, approx 50-60 years old, medium height.

Clean, organized, quiet Shoppers. Okay amount of parking. There is a post office inside here as well.

The pharmacists here are very helpful. They suggested I try a generic brand of medicine I was taking and saved me a ton of money.
