Staff are always friendly but I don’t suggest trying to communicate with them using email. You may or may not receive a response 1-2 months late. Prices are not that great either for used parts. Most times I have found that paying a small percentage more will get you a new dealer part.

JT PowerSports has countless times moved back the time that my parts will arrive over 2 months later. I would have preferred to be given a realistic time line rather then Being lied to about arrival times.

After calling different places about parts for a vintage sled I'm rebuilding I was told to call jt powerboatsI was planning on spending around 200.00 but ended up spending 75.00 for what I needed .The guys there were very friendly and knowledgeable about the sled I'm rebuilding I'll be going back again if I need more parts.
