Great place for service, the owner is honest and easy to deal with. We have also bought 2 vehicles from them, both really good deals, and if anything was wrong the owner fixed it no charge for the first few months. Very trustworthy. We don't live in Petawawa anymore, but if we are looking to buy another vehicle we go the extra mile to see what he has in stock, well worth the trip.

Booked a safety here for my motorcycle, was quick to book me in and was very polite throughout the process. Would recommend and I will bring my vehicles here in the future. Cheers John.

Good mechanics and honest owner (for paying costumers, yes I'm bitter here). Bad luck maybe BUT my daughter bought a car there and drove it for 400km before transmission issues started, Neville couldn't help with that (out of the 3 month warranty). Also had a heater issue, Neville couldn't fix it (got it done at Robinson). Car also had a short, Neville couldn't fix it, Pembroke Nissan fixed it. To change my opinion of Neville they would have to fix my daughters transmission for free.

Jeff and Joe are a pleasure to deal with. Our family has bought two cars from them and sure the cars have a little bit of wear but that's reflected in the price. Plus, they will do everything possible to keep you happy

1. Front desk was very rude and demanding. Even if they are having a bad day, they should understand the importance of customer service.2. After purchasing a vehicle from them, it began having issues. No problem, I'll just use the full warranty package I bought. Well, they kept finding excuses claiming I wasn't covered because I don't have receipts of previous maintenance done (I only owned the vehicle for a few month, so what maintenance were they looking for???) That being said, I bit the bullet and paid the cost to get it repaired, only to conveniently have another issue pop up with it 2 weeks later....3. Any time I asked for the owners assistance on specific matters that the front desk could not help with, they always said he's not in" or "he'll call you".. He never called me back ever....One star may seem harsh

I almost bought a car from Neville. I backed out after I put a deposit down after being told that he would allow me to test drive the vehicle if I put a deposit down. Despite not taking a test drive or being given the background on the car in writing as well as the VIN I was lashed out at and spoken down to for not following through with the purchase. However, I received my deposit back on a bill of sale that I was encouraged to sign. Clearly a salesman attitude and not a professional and eithical approach.

Had an exhaust done. Tailpipe fell off on a very busy highway almost caused a huge accident. Than I had to try and retrieve it off the 3 lane highway. That was fun. When I contacted the business to tell them what happened no answer left a voicemail. It's been 4 days still no phonecall back.

Not great. I was interested in a vehicle on the lot. Left 2 messages...no call back.Finally spoke to someone in the office and was told there was no prices available until Jeff Neville came back.Asked for him to call me.....no response.Days later I call back and speak to the same male in the office. I am told he is not in sales and joked about Jeff being the boss and was supposed to be in by 10am. But was not in and it was 1pm. I again asked for a call back.That was 2 weeks ago and still...no call back.Good luck to anyone looking to buy a car there.

Attended Neville Motors for a vehicle safety inspection after first garage had to cancel last minute.Was given a list of things that didnt meet the safety requirements. I questioned a couple things that I thought to be incorrect, such as the parking brake not holding and apparent cracks on both sides of the windshield. The parking brake had held just fine when I had tested it and there was only one tiny chip outside of my field of vision. I hadn't questioned the rear drums and shoes being 'just below minimum' as I had not checked inside.I picked up some of the parts and my brother did most of the work. When we took off the rear brakes, they were noticed to be in really good shape. The shoes looked to be close to new; the drums however were not stamped with a maximum diameter and was unsure if maybe they were machined. The drums and shoes were changed just in case mainly because I had already picked them up.When looking further into the regulations about the windshield, I learned that it should not be an issue and would have them measure the singular chip.Because I was reading into the safety regulations, I also read about drum brakes. What I found was the measurements listed as taken by the mechanic were well within spec for the shoes and if the drums had an identical maximum outer diameter those would also be within spec.I went back to tell them which items on their list had been done. I coached them on their mistake regarding the brakes and how to properly assess the windshield. They checked over the work performed and issued a safety certificate.

I have been a mechanic for 10 years, and never once encountered a legitimately crooked shop. Neville motors is the first, they are absolute crooks. I brought my vehicle to them expecting a simple pass on a safety inspection. Not only did they fail the car, but they wanted the brakes and exhaust replaced, saying they were critically in need of replacement, which was entirely un-true as the car is only a few years old, and I had just replaced the brakes. When I confronted the manager about this, and that I was a mechanic, he simply said he didn't care, and he would not sign the safety unless the repairs were done. Avoid this business, take your vehicle to Wrenchers in Pembroke, they are an excellent shop, and have done multiple safeties for me since.
