Left me uninsured for 5 days despite me checking in to make sure everything was fine and getting a response that everything was A ok for me to start driving with temp slips. To find out after a couple days that I actually wasn’t insured and they lied on a legal document. Can never get a hold of my broker when I need him. Unprofessional, don’t do business here.

The worst service by Brandon Chora. Not only he cowardly afraid to pick up his phone after making a huge mistake, never answered your emails to explain . He was not even trying to fix it. Somehow he was trying to sell me an insurance for 975$ when another broker found it $450. Don't waste your time on this agency!

I recently contacted George Aushana to switch my insurance to BIG Hamilton. I was very impressed as the whole process was the smoothest experience I have ever had with an insurance company.His communication skills are exceptional and guided myself through the whole process.
