Costco Tire Center

Went for tire rotation and balancing. Daniel and Cody were professional and excellent customer service oriented in doing the paperwork etc. Ten minutes later, they called and told me that I could still drive my car for another 10k km as tires don’t need balancing and rotation right now and offered me a refund. How many businesses do that?This Center and employees like Daniel and Cody have earned my respect. Honesty goes a long way!!!

I made an appointment to change tires yesterday. They called me that can't change tires at all because of so much glue. What??I want to hear them why you couldn't change them. They said that the tires have to be exact same model. I thought it did not make sense. I bought 4 winter tires at Cosco last year and gotta change left front tire at dealership because of huge accident.I also felt awful when he explained the situation aggresively.I will not go this terrible center forever.Did they ignore me as I am an Asian guy?

I had the privilege of dealing with Quinton and Nick at the desk, and Daniel and Ken in the shop area. All four were not only polite and courteous, but helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain things thoroughly with me, and made me feel like an appreciated customer and that they valued my safety on the road. I will definitely be back to Costco for future car work! Thanks again to all four of you, your kindness didn’t go unnoticed.

Had an appointment to exchange seasonal tires, but they made up a policy if your van or car is rated at R65 they won't put on R70 because it's greater than 3% (there are no R68.7's). What a Croc, and a waste of time. Then they gave me a receipt and told me to go to the service desk, have you ever stood in line at the Costco service desk? A long and frustrating experience I'm sure is a test from God. I didn't pass.

Wow, what a horrible experience today. I had my tires switched out two weeks ago and came back for the third time today because one of them had low pressure - the first two times they just refilled it and sent me on my way. Now apparently it had a double puncture and wasn't salvageable. When i brought up the word warranty" this guy Ken or something got very loud and agitated that my tires don't have warranty and his people would never have told me that. I disagree with that because they most definitely did

I went to the center with appointment, but it took more than 1 hr just to get my car in. The technical service was good, but the customer service was awful. They don't care customer's time at all and don't bother themselves to apologize for there mistakes.

Got appointment time 9.45 am for tire rotation.Car received back at 12 pm.Then what is the purpose of appointment.Better to go to any other tire shops.They will do it within 10 minutes rather Than 2 hours.

Great prices and service was good but they don’t answer the phone. When I bought the tires I had to physically go into the store to get pricing and then book my appointment. My tire started leaking and I need to get it fixed but again they’re not answer the phone, I’ve called 5+ times and it just rings and there’s no voicemail. I am not driving over there with a spare if I don’t even know if they can fix it today so I’m going elsewhere. It’s frustrating when you have a warranty but can’t use it because they choose not to answer their phone or even have a voicemail.

Stellar service, good price, backed with the peace of mind of a warranty that really works. Easy to book an appointment online, and if the tires need a refill you can simply stop by on the way to shop at Costco Warehouse. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, courteous. Jobs are done quickly and precisely. Most times, I am still shopping in the warehouse when they call me to say the work is done. Extra-bonus: same service at any other Costco Tire Center Canada. Over more than ten years I experienced tire permutations, refills, puncture/repair, warranty replacement, and each and every time the service was excellent and the cost was included with the original purchase price. The only service I am missing is Winter tire storage: it sucks to drive to/from the Costco Warehouse without much space for warehouse purchases!

Went for an oil change, the car ended up on the towing truck because they burst the brake fluid pipe.The employee said the pedal was squishy (with attitude), they called the manager that made me wait outisde for 15min to show up, blamed the car ( he probably had a small talk with his guy prior showing up)Bottom line: I paid $500 fix for their fault.
