Very nice and pleasant at the drive thru window but very slow and also fried were like the put em in the microwave after they got to cold . Burger however was pretty great and pop wasn't to sweet or bland. Good mix

Being brand new the atmosphere was great. My chicken burger was so burned and dried I couldn't even eat it.

Great DQ location! Staff are friendly, store is clean. I do find it takes a while for your order so just prepare for that. Ive ordered a custom cake and they did an amazing job!

Since the business opened it’s been one disappointment after another. They are frequently out of what I want unless you want plant based. Innisfail has always had a good DQ I go there

Always a great new location in Penhold. Staff is awesome, food excellent. And DQ is the only fast food restaurant that knows how to do onion rings!

I haven't had dairy queen in a few years food quality was what I remembered it was decent not amazing how ever the price... Great googly moogly I simply won't go back because I can't justify buying almost any meal for $18ish when I can make the same thing at home taste better for maybe 4 dollars per serving. I truly miss the sweet deals where 3 items of your choosing was something like $5-$6

We have been here serveral times since it opened and we've been pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the staff is. The are always friendly and have given us fast service. The dining area is bright and always clean. We have only one incident were our order was wrong but it was rectified quickly and we were given a couple of coupons as an apology.
