This is probably the friendliest staff at a dispensary I've ever been at. Everyone is super kind and helpful, a real gem of a dispensary. I only wish I lived in Guelph so I could throw more money at these amazing people. Thank you for an amazing experience :)

I love this place. The atmosphere is great, and the staff is just as wonderful. Special shout-out to staff on the night shift, too. Darryn is always incredibly professional and kind, very knowledgeable about the products, and has the best recommendations. I work late and after a long day they make picking up an order easy and hassle free.

A business that would rather pressure you to stare at a tablet to find what you want rather than asking what you want and helping you with your request quickly.They have a hand full of employees that will help you, then the other half that make you feel they want as little interaction with you as possible. Had enough of the battle, finding another place that make you feel welcome.

Generally I love coming in here every once in a while, as prices are a bit higher than others in the area but I mainly come in for the service.People like Bernice and the other kind lady who apparently used to" own the place have moved on and now when I come in I'm no longer greeted by smiling friendly faced people. There is only acott and truth be told he gives me anxiety he seems permanently peeved and eager to sell whatever he can to get you out of the store."

These guys were the first weed shop I went to in Guelph. Items can be pricey, so shop around first. The customer service is great. If I'm in the area I'll always pop in when I can. Keep up the great work.Purchased 32% THC weed (a bit pricey, $43 for 3.5G and 3 THC/CBD pills. Over $100 spent.

The staff here are insanely helpful, I was buying a new device and was completely clueless and the guy at the counter fully walked me through it showing me what everything does, even with tips on what to avoid doing, all in under 5 minutes he also recommended some great things to go with what I bought, I’ll definitely be back

Edited// I bumped up the star rating because of the new stock Spiritleaf just got in. I love the UK Cheese. My favourite.My fiance and I come here on a daily basis, for the most part. We love it.With so many shops that also serve as marijuana dispensaries popping up all over Guelph, it's important to have an idea as to which of them caters to your medical needs and preferences of the effects you're looking for- if you're a serious cannabis user like myself. So Spiritleaf is our favorite.The staff are friendly and seem to know what they're talking about. Keep it up.

I have recently started using edibles for sleep issues I’ve been having. I’ve used their delivery service a few times, and it’s always been too notch.I went into the store for the first time this morning, and I was super impressed with the level of service, the knowledge of the staff, and the store itself.The person who helped me (I wish I had gotten their name!) was super helpful, polite, friendly and was able to answer my questions. They were super knowledgeable about cannabis and made some product recommendations that I hadn’t considered.I also love the location, they are close to my home and offer delivery when I can’t get to the store.Definitely recommend this place, and can’t wait to go back!
