Staffs are not informing customers the proper timing. Whenever we call they say its open anytime and when we show up they say we can't access the pool for another 2-3 hours. Everyone values there time and show some decency and respect others time. Make sure to inform the proper public pool timing to customers who call so they don't feel like an idoit when we come there.

Took my son skating today. The prices are great ($3 for kids $4 for adults $7 skate sharpening)... what I was most appreciative of was how friendly and helpful the rink staff are!!! This was my first time on skates since I was a kid, and my son's second time ever... and the rink staff were more than helpful in teaching us both how to skate!

It's been many years since I last stepped in to this place. I was a kid then, and it's changed a lot since then. It does have a very good sized pool, and children's pool area. It's great for families. I noticed during the day it does not seem too busy, which is good if your a parent who doesn't like it too crowded. They offer lots of children float devices and play area, and have life guards patrolling. Good sized family changing rooms, and shower area. Clean, and affordable.

I am a single father with a son who has special needs. I went to the parent and child swimming this morning and had the most compassionate and caring lifeguard (Victoria) interaction I think I've ever had. Not only just with a lifeguard or pool attendant, but just as a human In general. I see Victoria going on to great things and the John Rhodes Community centre is lucky to have such a wonderful person working there. Thanks for reinforcing for me that there are still kindred spirits around, putting smiles on faces and making people's days.

I was here for the Special Olympics Ontario Provincial Games back in 2019 for the Short Track Speed Skating event and I have to say, I was not impressed with the facility. The ice pad was really small so some of my larger competitors were feeling claustrophobic and slowing down

Incredible facility and staff. As head coach of the local competitive swimming team, the processes they have put in place in light of the pandemic have ensured the safety of all my athletes, and I appreciate those efforts very much. Thank you so much!
