Don't waist your time with this dealership they are all useless including the owner Glen! Tried to get my Honda Pioneer serviced and after calling them 6 times with still no confirmed date they told me again they would check and get back to me. As if all I had to do was to keep calling to see when it would be convenient for them to go there. This place is the new normal of unprofessionalisum with a complete lack of care for their customers. It will a dark day when they see another cent from this customer. Good luck Glen your going to need it!

I was a long way from home this weekend and tore off my front fender in the mud. Glenn went way out of his way to help me out. Amazing service, you need to see. There’s so little of that left in retail these days.Thanks again Glenn!!

Took my Honda Pioneer 1000-5 in for it 2000km service today and now have my Yamaha Vector in for winter servicing. The technician did a great job on the side by side and answered all my question. I also appreciated his future suggestions. I’ll be bringing my equipment To Glenn’s for future service requirements.

These folks are the best, I came into town with a flat tire on my sidecar and they immediately assisted me with repairing it and had me back on the road in no time at all. Customer service doesn't get much better than what i experienced we need more shops like this. I would highly recommend these folks and the work they do.

Glenn's Sports line is top notch and #1 for best customer service and willing to help, it's very rare to find all of this in business these days. Glenn, Cam and Maryanne are very professional about their jobs, do immaculate work and treat their customers with a great deal of respect. This is probably the only place where the work got done quickly and take e-transfers so you can pay thru your bank instead of having to travel. Great owner and very helpful staff. I trust this man and his staff and recommend to everyone that there is no better place to have your toys just serviced or a full out repair or to buy those accessories that you may need. Thank you to Glenn and your amazing team. We greatly appreciate everything you did for us. We will be back.

Was recently looking for 1973 Suzuki TS250 Savage Parts. Called quite a few dealers around Edmonton and it seemed nobody stocked parts. I was recommended to call GSL and spoke with Bruce. Thankfully they stocked what I needed, at a fair price and shipped it to my door within a day of calling. Thanks guys! Will definitely be calling back if I need parts in the future

Best services I’ve ever had from a business, Glenn was absolutely amazing you don’t get this service from very many people any more I’d recommend if your in the market for any atvs or generator no distance is to far for the quality service they provided!!!!!!

Had a great experience at Glenn's Sports Line. Purchased a generator and got personal service from the owner who got the generator up and running and gave us all the information we asked for. We felt we were treated very well and we got a good deal.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciated the service I received from this shop. I am a little bit old school where I still believe that customer service is the secret to success. It's hard to find these days however I was pleasantly surprised with the willingness Glenn and Cam were to go above and beyond to help me with a problem I had with my golf cart....yes that's right...golf cart! Not their main stay of business but after explaining my problem they said they could help. To my amazement....after dropping the unit off the next morning....Cam worked on the unit and after several hours he solved not only the original problem but managed to offer solutions to a couple other potential issues. Got the unit back the same day and all is fixed and working perfectly. Kudos to Cam and to Glenn! Customer service at it's finest! I would recommend Glenn's Sports Line completely!!
