This was my experience:Selection- I find they have a great selection of shoes/boots specifically of what’s trendingThey have added a kids line which is fantastic! I went in to find a specific pair of boots for my daughter, they had them and the service I received was great!The associate was helpful, insightful, and generally pleasant to speak with.I will be shipping here more often especially with a kids line!

Finally have this little store at markville mall... They have a different selection of shoes and bags.. Which I love.

Vat add is a hit or miss. However, great selection!

Not my usual place to shop. Online order for men's slides had to be returned as size too small and already had reordered for larger size. The in-store return was pretty painful! I had the printed receipt with unworn slides - I was asked for the email confirmation as she needed to confirm method of payment and she didn't even look at the email once I showed her. Because then she asked me what the method if payment used was so she could refund the same card...I stated why didn't you look at that in the email I just showed you...oh dear...then had to ask her supervisor what to do as this was a paypal payment and she didn't think she could refund me. Supervisor approved everything. Not a pleasant in-store customer experience at all.Markville Mall location.

Went in today about 15 min before closing and an associate named Chelsea helped me and my husband.She was very helpful and pleasant and made us feel very welcome even though it was really time for closing.She made it a very pleasant buying experience. Thank you Little Burgandy and Chelsea

Awful awful awful people working in this store! They will not give you your money back in store even if they don't have product you ordered from their store, you will have to wait 10 business days for refund!! This is so insane and on top of that the behaviour of staff (amanda) is so rude, she would not give me her manager number she would not refund me, she just wanted me to leave the store and wait for the refund.Never ever go to that store!!!

Can always find what I'm looking for - even if it's at a different store. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Always have great suggestions.Place can be easily crowded, though.

Absolutely disgusting management. Bought a pair of shoes that came with damage and realized after leaving. Was told it was final sale even though I bought it an hour before and clearly it was a defect. I don’t know how these people even qualify to be working in customer service never shopping here again.
