No one served me for 10 minutes. I was the only customer. No one acknowledged I was there. This pita pit needs better employees. Went to Subway instead. Not impressed.

OMG, it was before 6oclock and they closed the bathroom, they had already cleaned it! The place closes at 7PM. I gave them a good tip too. Terrible service!I had to go pee outside!!!!

Love this place, good service and good food. I love the brisket salad bowls. Every time I go to sudbury I come here. It's consistent with fresh food and good service.They need to fix their open signage, though. We almost didn't go in this Sunday because the sign wasn't lit up, but I loved the place so much. I made sure by checking the door, and yay for us, it was open.Keep up the good work

They mislabeled all my food, the chicken was labelled falafel, and vice versa. They went cheap on the sauce and toppings which made the pita nasty to eat. Toppings were all mixed up, they keyed in my pita as a small.Worst pita pit ever, I didn't think they could be bad, but this has made me rethink my loyalty to this chain.60 bucks wasted.Avoid at all costs.

I called this afternoon due to a doordash issue and the women working who answered the phone was extremely rude, condescending and did not want to help whatsoever. I’ve ordered multiple times to this location and have always been pleased with my service but it was very discouraging to be talked down too due to a simple mistake that could’ve been easily resolved. I’m aware people have bad days, but don’t take it out on your customers.

I love visiting this Pita Pit. Staff are ALWAYS cheerful & friendly. AND they have new smoothie options. Pick your own combo of fruit & juice. Soooo yummy!

The guy working today was amazing, super fast, but still great attention to detail and remembered all the choices, you can tell he cares about the food he's putting together, very tasty Pita and Salad, layered sauces makes the difference! Keep up the good work mate! Cheers
