Target is the best gym this side of calgary bar none. Old school style that gives you motivation and results. I'm always tearing it up and you will be to.

Friendly staff. Good range of equipment and plenty of space for different kinds of activities. Oly lifting, power lifting, body weight, cardio, machine weights--it's got the works.
