Very accommodating, helpful, and understanding. They picked me up from Jack Demher Collison to get my rental a d drove me home after I dropped it off. They made me feel very comfortable and reassured me that everything was going to be handled.

Got a rental from this place and they were really professional all of the staff were really nice and welcoming they had a huge selection of cars for great prices the verification process only took a few minutes the pre-pay for fueling is really cool to I needed to extend the rental a extra and they gave me no hassle at all.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I’m currently renting a car through enterprise. My car insurance is covering the cost of the rental and I was told by enterprise that I would need to cover the cost of insurance on the car. After speaking with my car insurance company, I was informed that since I have full coverage, they cover insurance on the rental. So enterprise was charging me $20 per day for insurance that I didn’t even need. I dropped the insurance and they are now telling me that they can’t refund the 5 days that I already paid for. Just a scam to get extra money.

Excellent staff, in and out for pick up and drop off, the ideal place to rent a car. Would rather rent from here and drive to my destination than fly to my destination and rent a car there. Rob Hacker has helped me on more than one occasion and he's been the best!

Terrible everytime I reserve a car when I get there it’s never available, I also was asked if I can change my reservation for the next day because they had nothing available but I didn’t know until they called 30mins before my arrival time, I tried to use my company discount and was told I needed a letter from HR stating I worked there because I didn’t have a company credit card even though the trip had nothing to do with work I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but I think I’m done with renting from Enterprise.

They were nice and helpful affordable and you don't need a credit card just deposit which was important for me when renting a car. I've Been to other car rental places where they are rude so I appreciate the customer service here

The employees here are so professional, kind, and helpful. They had the vehicle I reserved ready when I got there and made the process go smooth and quick so I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be renting from here again if I ever need to

The man with yellow hair was very respectful. I was happy to deal with them, and he gave me multiple options of cars. When I went to return the car and I got off the car, he was standing in front of me very quickly. I will come back here again.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I have used this location multiple times for both person and business. My last rental was a very short notice needed and they were able to accommodate me and got me into good vehicle. This location can get busy depending on the time of day and day of week. They also will pick you up and drop you off. That is a great service and I didn't have to wait that long at all. Drive safe!
