I brought a flower girl dress in for a small hem. When I arrived to pick up the dress, they couldn't find the dress. Then after looking around for a few minutes, we found the white dress was lying on the floor scrunched up half hanging out of a trash bag.Never go to this dry cleaner, the service was terrible and the owner was rude. When I asked them to fix the dress, they said there was nothing they could do. They offered for me to pay to have it dry cleaned again.
