Visited Music Pro today for the first time passively looking for a new acoustic guitar. Had some time to browse and was greeted by Jason. Jason listened to my needs and brought down several guitars. Jason is professional, knowledgeable and, personable. He made my decision easy and responded to questions with thoughtful answers.I will definitely be returning even though it’s 1.5 hour drive.I highly recommend!

I have been in Music Pro many times to pick up strings and picks. These guys are always willing to help this time they were great. I needed a Box to ship a guitar across the country and they gave me an empty guitar Box. Thanks again Music Pro the guitar got out there safe and sound.

I recently stumbled upon a hidden gem of a music store called Music Pro and had the most fantastic guitar-buying experience! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with the warmest welcome by the staff. They were so friendly and easygoing – it was like talking to old friends! I told them I was looking for a acoustic guitar that could handle different music styles, and they were incredibly attentive to my needs. The staff were friendly, and super knowledgeable. They helped me find the perfect axe that was not only visually stunning but also versatile enough for different music styles. To top it all off, they offered me an amazing deal with some accessories, making this the best shopping experience I've ever had.If you're in the market for a new axe, I can't recommend Music Pro Barrie enough!

This store is great for musical instruments themselves, but their selection of sheet music and other materials was less than adequate. As the only major music store around I was hoping for a bit better selection for an advanced pianist. They do have lots for beginners though.

Amazing staff! Was looking to return a Shure SM7B mainly because I had received two for Christmas and didn't have a need for the second. Staff members, I believe in particular Neil, made the process nice and simple, even showing me some Mic desk mounts that would work with my new microphone! I was able to not only receive a refund on the mic, but a portion of the refund paid for the mic stand and they did it all for me! Great service. Thank you Neil and the Music Pro Barrie team :)

Music pro is awesome. We have a teenage musician and we love to buy piano books, reeds for his saxophone. We bought him a Yamaha keyboard there. Excellent store

hey manager, on saturday may 27th, 2023 4:30pm the 2 long haired guys (blonde haired taller one and brown haired shorter one) you got working there were the pits. the brown haired shorter one said talking to you wouldn't make any difference.

I bought a Guitar, Amp,etc. at Music Pro Yesterday ( 25/02/2023 ),and my Wife and I were Very Impressed with the Salesperson ( Neil ),and the knowledge he has regarding Guitars and related equipment!! He's a very polite young man as well. We were also very impressed with the selection,and quality of Music Pro!,and will continue to bring our business to them ( we live an hour and a half away ).Two thumbs up to Neil,and Music Pro!! I Love my new Strat.,and Marshall Amp!!

Was looking for a Music shop close the Wasaga Beach and Google came up with Music Pro in Barrie. I was having a problem with my guitar staying in tune and reached out to them. Right from the start I got a good vibe and they took care of my problem at no charge. I bought a new guitar case at a great price and will be back. Highly recommended
