You need to come here especially if you need glasses or your eyes examined. They have the most professional eye doctors, the trendiest and inexpensive frames. The customer service team is quite excellent . I am recommending this place a 100 percent

Great store experience!We received a warm welcome when we entered the store from the greeter.Fataneh was also a fantastic help! She did a great job with frame selection and sizing; best of all she even completed the direct billing (to insurance)process for us.10 stars!

Went to LensCrafters Yorkdale for my annual eye exam, and to purchase prescription sunglasses frame & lenses.Eye exam: Wait time was reasonable. Different equipment for different stages of the exam. Staff are knowledgeable and good at explaining their findings.Glasses: A variety of frame options available. My salesperson (Ale) was particularly good at explaining the different type of lens options, market trends, and pricing. An order was made the same day.Overall great customer service. They were able to put in an insurance claim on my behalf. Looking forward to receiving my sunglasses in the next week or so!

Finally met the most knowledgeable and professional optician! Takis helped me with choosing the right frame by providing his honest opinion and knowledge of specifics. He was confident and courteous without being overly “sweet”. I also brought my 15 year old son to the same location and same person and he was left with the same impression. Thank you, Takis!

Noelia and Fataneh were very very helpful and comfortable to talk too. I haven’t seen customer service like this in a while and personally felt like they deserve the upmost respect for their hard work. Very knowledgeable when it’s comes to glasses and the best part was that they were patient with me as I am indecisive. I’m really happy with the glasses I purchased and can’t wait to receive them :)
