The team at Henley has been maintaining our garage door for many years now, and the level of service has always been exceptional. For instance last week Scott came out and successfully diagnosed a very subtle alignment issue that I think many others would have missed. Really happy with my first experience. Customer service was great on the phone, very accommodating, asked great questions to diagnose the problem and called back efficiently when trying to schedule a time to come. They provided me with multiple options and ultimately came at a time that worked best for me. They called me when they were sending someone over and the gentleman that came was super helpful. He explained the problem thoroughly and was really polite. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.

Bent bottom panel of garage door on day of close on sale of home. Called Henley and they were quick efficient, courteous and repaired my door as soon as they could come out. Would recommend and definitely use them again. Thank you Sue and Garth
