Elsa and the team of girls were very helpful and patient with me. I walked away with 4 sets of bathing suits.

Simply put Service was good however the sales agent could have added up our purchases way over $375 a free robe was an offer that day. The sales associate could have talked to the manager to offer us one. However we did it in 2 purchases 6min apart. As a salesmen myself I would have asked my manager if we could have honored that deal. We'll first and last time at bikini village .

Excellent customer service. The thing that I wanted was hidden in the back and they were kind enough to grab it for me

Sales person helped immensely. Knew her products and their use. Most importantly was honest about fit. Helped me with choices and brought the sizes I needed even when I was reluctant to try them. Ended up getting 2 new beach and water outfits. Thanks!

Grieta turned a nightmare experience into a pleasant solution. Head office customer service is the absolute worst and most terrible customer service I've ever experienced. 3 week fight with head office to get answers on an order I'd placed at the store. No one had a clue about my order, promises to call back with updates that never happened, no returned emails and having to call 15 days in a row with no help. The store was fabulous but I would NEVER order from the store again and would tell everyone to do the same, unless you like being ignored. Bikini Village customer service needs to learn on how to treat customers. Thank goodness I had Grieta from the sherway gardens store assisting me, or I'd still be waiting for my item! Buy in the store but if they dont have your size, go directly to brand to get what you want. Sorry Sherway this is not about your location but wouldnt want anyone to experience what I did with the head office, they're useless!
