Great place to shop for houseware, hardware, sporting goods, autocare and as a bonus you get all sorts of ideas for solutions all around the house. Always worth checking out the on-sale items when planning a big ticket item purchase.

I ordered a couple of items online to pick up at this store. Had to drive to get there and pick up the items. When i got back home, I realized one of the items was broken in a very obvious way.It's really annoying that their staff don't bother to check what they are preparing for the clients, or maybe hoping the client doesn't notice...Just going back and forth to exchange... is really annoying, especially if no one at the store takes responsibility or apologizes for wasting people's time.

I had a bad experience with the party city section. I ordered 2 packs of balloons(6 in each pack) + 1 happy birthday balloon ( 13 balloons in total) to be filled with helium. I paid 65$ but the results was unexpectedly bad. I only got 12 balloons and the balloons didn't stand up as they supposed to. they were flown half way and fallen down 1 by 1 in an hour. I got the balloons at 11 a.m and none off them were up by 6 p.m the same day. I couldn't use it for the birthday and literally I threw my money in the garbage.It was very disappointing.

I went for an oil change with the coupon ($19.95) given from Canadian tire road service. I was cheated and paid more than double the amount. (49.23)They don't try to read the instruction on the coupon properly nor try to understand to what I said.They didn't calculate the discount value they have to enter into the system (step 5, 6), instead, just put the number they see.I asked them to read the instructions and follow what it says, they never tried. It's so simple but they cannot understand the simple instructions and cannot do a simple grade one math.Worst customer service, I shouldn't have come here.This is what happened.I showed the coupon (picture attached), it’s an oil change coupon for $19.95.Employee A “Your total is $49.23”Me “Huh? How come 19.95 becomes 49.23?”Employee A “Your ticket is 19.95 discount ticket, so $55 -19.95 + tax will be 49.23”Me “No, it’s an oil change ticket for 19.95”Employee A “No it’s just a discount ticket”Me “No, can you read the instruction? It clearly says you have to calculate the discount”Employee A “No, discount is 19.95”Me “Can you read the instruction 5,6?”Employee A “No, I’M A SUPERVISOR HERE. WHATEVER YOU SAY, I GIVE YOU ONLY 19.95 DISCOUNT”Me (sigh… this guy is so stubborn and doesn’t listen to the customer.)Employee A “IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THIS CALL THE CANADIAN TIRE HEADQUATER.”After a while, I tried to speak to another guy there.Me “Can you check this ticket’s instruction? It should be $19.95”Employee B “No, it’s $19.95 discount ticket”Me “Can you check the instruction 5 and 6? It says you have to calculate the discount”Employee B “No, discount is 19.95”Me “Can you read the instruction 5 and 6?”Employee B “Forget about 5 and 6, we added 19.95 discount.”Me “5 and 6 is the important part, can you read it?”Employee B “No, 19.95 is 19.95”Me (sigh again… these guys are so stubborn and do not try to listen to the customer.)I reluctantly paid $49.23 and left the store.I called Canadian tire head quarter later that night. The person IMMEDIATELY understood the mistake and said she would send a letter to the store. I wish the employees there have ears to listen and correct their mistakes. The supervisor and another guy were so stubborn and arrogant. They never tried to read the instructions.

Absolute disgrace to have CANADIAN in the name. Paid for brakes service, 2 days later sparks coming out from the back, some sliding bolt I think it's called was not even from my car, one was original another one was some regular bolt. Never again

It was one of the worst canadian tires I have visited so far. The customer service is very poor. I purchased an air dehumidifier on their website, and once the good is ready for pick up, it was given two option --either pick up in store or in their store curbside. I picked the store curbside for convenience. I announced my arrival and waited 5 minutes, thinking someone would come for my assistance, but no one did. Therefore, I called the canadian Tire Direct line inquiring about my order, and they told me no one would come out at this time to bring my order, with no good explanation. They left me with no choice but to go in and get it, which is not a big deal at this point aside from the fact that I waited for nothing. When I'm at the customer service counter, 4 representatives behind the counter were free with zero client waiting in line, and none of them were able to bring my order to the car? That's where it got me irritated. Also, when the representative brought the order, she didn't even offer a cart for transportation purposes. Mind you, the product was heavy. At this point, I didn't even bother to go back outside to get one, so I had to physically transport it to my vehicle. My experience with CanadianTire brossard DIX30 was not pleasant. The only reason I chose this branch is for convenience as it is located near my place. I would not recommend it.

Had a flat tire. All my usual garages are booked for the week. I decided to give a chance to Canadian Tire (although there are bad reviews everywhere). Book the appointment. At booking I ask specifically if they change Tesla tires. Yes

the service was not that great.. i took an apointement at 14h00 and i had to fix a tire valve that takes 30 min.. i got out at 16h00.. i asked what happened. apparently they took a break and she couldnt tell me.. why would you take an appointemrnt if it takes 2 hours to repair a thjng that takes 30 min.. otherwise .. you can get your self camping and kitchen stuff for cheap when its on sales..
