Clean didn't look like much was missing off the shelves....that's a good thing

Good prices, lots of different brands and products. Good variety of cultural ingredients.

Good service. Clean and a surprising amount of products to choose from. Just come early in the morning . Lots of traffic makes entering and leaving the parking lot problematic.

Kinda unclean. Missing flyer items. Nothing special.

After 4 years of using pc express I'm about done, on average I order 800$ a month, I've had several problems, customer service has been helpful but today was the end, I was speaking with a representative, as my husband had troubles receiving my order at pickup, they claim to have tried to call me, I called them after their call at 10:30 a.m. I returned their call at at 11 a.m. she told me all was well and nothing missing from my order, then my husband goes to pick up our order at 1:30 p.m. and they say they haven't been able to reach me for the products not available? So I call them back explain what the girl told me and this other girl insists I didn't have a conversation with their employee at 11 saying my entire order was there and I was wrong? Now I repeat myself, time, conversation and she tells me no again that the girl never said that? I'm sorry but in what world does someone tell me I heard wrong?? I just wad so irate I hung up they tried to call me back but I didn't answer as at this point I was afraid I'd use obscenities... every week I fill out their how did we do form and honestly at this point I'd rather pay more for my groceries than have someone correct me on my phone conversation with someone else... unfortunate 20 years of shopping there fir my 3 + kids .."

Amazing service and quality products. They bring back the nostalgic feel of the corner butcher. Great staff and good advice.

Prices way bellow competition!

Their price is unbeatable on top of pc optimum personal offers. Plus, staffs in general seem nice. One staff voluntarily offered me putting heavy water bottles in my cart, and he even gave a very nice smile. He made my day!One thing I would like to mention, when the sale items on the shelves are running low, I wish they are refilled. A few times I asked and staffs brought them from back.Overall, my shopping experience here has been great.
