They destroyed my turntable when I went there to get a new cartridge. Took 30 minutes to install it and he obviously didn't know what he was doing. I even caught him laughing with his partner in the back before I was going to pay. Never going there again.

I have been dealing with this store since 1986 and have upgraded my sound and home cinema systems almost exclusively with them over all of these years. They are top notch professionals, will never give you a high pressure sales pitch, provide excellent after sales service and are a pleasure to deal with. They are a rare find and are highly recommended.

It was necessary for me to submit a warranty request for a Naim Mu-so 2 audio device, purchased from Filtronique through Amazon. This request was thoughtfully and faultlessly processed by Eric of Filtronique. As I live in Toronto I am unable to shop at Filtronique in person; I envy Montrealers who are able to do so. A full 5 star rating is more than well deserved !

Ordered a Rega Planar 2 turntable back in December on Amazon. Very happy with the quality of the shipping and packaging, emails regarding the product, and responsiveness. Price was the best I could find, but you have to check all the deals in Amazon to pick your shop. Was pleased to be able to buy locally and be supporting our Montréal shops. Thanks Éric, looking forward to an IRL visit soon!

Had a fun visit today, everyone was especially nice and chatty. Even though I purchased a relatively small thing, everyone took the time to talk and explain their products etc. Could spend hours there! Will be back! :)
