Water tempture is not cold good for kids, coach is good, my girl 7yrs old after 5 session she can swim herself free style about 15 meters or so, before i only bring her to public pool and teach her little bit like hold breath under water such as, most important do not afriad of water by the way she is in level 3 now making good improvement i will say.

Swim Apex Aquatic Club (previously CCAC)
The lady who allegedly is the owner's wife at this place is very arrogant (rude) to some customers. Some teachers at this school are good, others not so much and you cannot select the teachers in advance either. The change room is very small and can be painfully crowded. My kids took swimming lessons there for almost 2 years now and we are switching to other places. Not so much progress anymore.

After 5-year constant swimming classes in this club, the front desk lady with chubby face is still moody and impatient, never changed!! We’re not asking you great attitudes and services but a little respect and nice, at least It’s a basic part of being human being. yessss because of her and poor hygiene, we decided to stop lessons here.

High quality instruction for premium prices. Lots of different programs for children and teenagers alike. Plenty of opportunities for young kids to move into competitive or developmental classes.

Excellent swim school. There is a head instructor over looking all other instructor. Salt water pool. Locker room very small and shower temperature (too hot/too cold) not fixed

Definitely echo the comments on the registration. I've called to find out the outcome of the wait list and at first they said they have a spot then later there isn't. They called others who purchased a package first as I know my friend has a package. There is a selection bias and I need to voice it out.

Teachers were not as great as pre-pandemic. Feedback on progress is pretty vague. Too many students now and difficult to accommodate with the time slots we want even though we took classes there for years. We fiiled in absence form awhile ago before our vacation. However, no make up class scheduled until we follow up.
