Transource scheduled a delivery, then cancelled it the day-of at the end of the delivery window because they forgot to load the item on the truck--a couch. During the eventual delivery, which had to be re-scheduled, the delivery people smashed a flower pot, broke a light, damaged an interior wall, and badly ripped the leather on the couch they were delivering. (The delivery people did not make any mention of any of the damage; we discovered the same after the fact.) When scheduling a pick-up (on account of the damage) the company was largely unresponsive. It took over one month to arrange the pick-up. On a number of occasions, Transource gave us a hard deadline for when they would actually call to schedule the pick-up (e.g. within 5-7 business days; or within 48 business hours) but those deadlines came and went without any word. When arrangements were finally made for the pick-up, I was told that the company would phone ahead of time so that I could leave work and return home to facilitate the pick-up. That never happened. Except for not delivering the item at all, it's hard to imagine worse service.

I was told that I’d have a delivery scheduled today. No delivery all day, not even a phone call to explain if something has changed. I tried to reach out to someone to check in and see what may have happened. No one answers, then I finally get through and someone is suppose to call me back. My frustration isn’t because I didn’t have a delivery today like scheduled it’s the fact that no one can update me on what may be happening. My current bedframe is disassembled since we thought we would receive the new one today. Disappointing situation after spending $1,000.00 with Costco. Sadly one star due to lack of communication, just takes a simple phone call.

Had a good experience with this moving company. Good communication and the boys worked hard on the delivery. A little rushed, but understandable given the length of drive they did.

Lazy delivery drivers with attitude. Booked a delivery for a washer and dryer to be delivered on Saturday. Driver arrived...looked at the stairs and said its too narrow and they cannot bring the washer and dryer up. I told him I measured it and there should 6 of room on each side. Then he asked where they are bringing it to. We showed them and the driver said its a 4 person job. When I told them that the last time I got a washer

Very poor service. Why? Last Friday (June17) someone called us that our order from Costco will be delivered between 11 am-3pm that day. And since that i have some plans to do. So i call them to check what time exactly they are coming. And they said: Oh they will call me 30 minutes before coming. Finally they came but the funny thing is: the truck came but they did not bring my order. Of course the driver is apologitic and said he will deliver it the next day (Sat). Waiting for Saturday but no show. Very poor service and I’m wondering why Costco let them do the delivery.

I had a delivery scheduled for some chairs we ordered and they were using Transource Freightways as their white glove delivery service.Seeing these other reviews I was slightly concerned, however when the delivery people showed up, they were professional, courteous and quick.They set up the chairs, took away all the garbage, and were on their way!My only feedback would be to provide clean booties for the team to wear when coming inside to keep floors/carpets clean from debris.Thanks

Received a notification for delivery schedule for our item while we were away so arranged for someone to be home to receive the package. It didn't come. We arrived home from our trip and received another delivery date and time - this time we were called and told this. We arranged to be home for the delivery - it didn't arrive, no call to reschedule. We called the following day and no one knew what was going on. A friend ordered the same item and we were both told different stories. Blamed on a miscommunication and was given a new date and time. Arranged to be home again during that time - no delivery and no call. Couple days later we were called and told another date and time - asked about previous dates and no explanation. Today is the day of the 4th time I've arranged to be home and STILL no call and no delivery. Disappointed Costco uses this company. Not sure my package will ever arrive at this rate....

Worst freight company ever.I was notified of shipment the day prior. And had taken the day off work to sign for shipmentThey failed to show. And when phoned. They had no clue where my shipment wasOrdered November 19th. And it’s Jan 5 still no shipment!

I have purchased several larger items from Costco which uses Transource Freightways for shipping. Each order was far past its expected delivery time with no explanation (multiple weeks). One item was lost" after being three weeks past it's promised delivery date. The customer service we have received has been very poor on every level from them. The delivery time slots provided by them we never met. Do yourself a favor avoid doing business with them if it can be avoided! If I could give a zero star rating I would"

We ordered a patio set at costco.ca, 10-15 days for delivery. We got a notice while on camping holiday that the carrier (Transforce) scheduled delivery for today 12:15-3:15 So we cut the rest of the camping trip and came home. With the tracking number we tracked it this all afternoon, it was showing 2 hours late, when we tracked at 4:30 showed stop#12 and we were 13. Yes!! furniture coming, deck ready. 4:45 shows delivery issue, not coming.....Contacted Transforce and told that driver noted customer had rescheduled delivery. Not true!! Transforce to check with driver, next excuse on call back at 5:11 driver had Doctors appointment at 5:30 so couldn't deliver. We told Transforce that they should still arrange to have it out to us today, was told they would call us back. At 6:15 after waiting an hour to hear back, we cancelled the order with Costco. So beware of Transforce if you are waiting for a delivery as they do not have the same degree of customer support as Costco.UPDATE: at 6:45 after posting this review. (as well as on a Costco Shoppers site), we got a call saying the delivery would now be on its way, we got it shortly after 7PM.
