A few years back we had the bathtub fitters redo the whole tub and shower. They put a bathtub over top of my old bathtub. Whatever sealant they used to secure it to the old bathtub, has now given way . I spent a lot of money and I’m not happy . OK just a follow up on my review. I am very very impressed Ashley from Bath fitters just got a hold of me literally minutes after I did this post and they’re coming out and they’re going to fix it . I have a lifetime warranty so happy to hear this . extremely happy with this company thank you for getting a hold of me Ashley.

We had a new soaker tub and surround done, the guys that installed were amazing, fast work, no mess, very clean, sales guy Jeff was super nice but when called about a mistaking he didn't handle it professionally but Caroline fixed everything, thanks for the gift card for dinner, we enjoys

Jeff our salesperson was well informed about the products and helped us make a great choice for our shower remodel. The installation was so professional and Brandon was knowledgeable and very helpful in making the whole process easy. From the initial contact with Jeff, the process went as discussed. We went to the show room to pick out exactly what we wanted. Mike came in for a pre-installation inspection and work began a couple of months after initial contact. The installers were courteous and the finished product is exactly what we expected. I would definitely recommend them again as they kept us in the loop on every decision and were easy to get a hold of. Everyone was just easy to work with.

Right from walk-in right thru job completion the team was incredible! Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable sales people: Jeff ,Mike and the integrity professionalism and pride displayed by the installers Justin and Brady was over the top! We were very anxious to do this project but realized after all was done we didn't need to be at all. Great relief, LOOKS AWESOME ! THANK YOU SO MUCH !

Let me just say everyone at bath fitter is amazing! Ashleigh and Jeff are amazing, whatever you want, they are very good at meeting your vision for your dream bathroom/new shower, tub features. The installers Mack and Brady were amazing and professional! Only took two days to complete our dream bathroom. Mack is very focused and precise with his work, Brady is also amazing with his excellent customer service skills that make the experience that much better. Very helpful, and I will be using them again in the near future, that's a promise! Thank you Bath Fitter.

My wife and I recently had our job by Bathfitter finished. We decided to replace our aging bathtub with a standup shower and we could not be happier. I now can enjoy my showers and the look and feel of the new shower is exactly what we were looking for. Working with Jeff and his team proved to be a simple and streamlined process that made us both extremely happy and we would recommend Bathfitter to everyone. We've done major bathroom renovations in the past but this was quite timely and cost effective. I would happily use them again!
