The people at Fire and Flower are awesome. I was here many months ago, and one of the sales reps was super helpful in helping me find out what I’d like. Then again, a few weeks ago, I got delivery, and it was a very seamless and easy experience. The prices are great, and the products are a wide variety that anyone can choose from. Thanks F&F!

I bought a youcan evolve vape for $46 and it tasted like burnt metal. I went in to get a exchange or refund next day and they said no open cannabis policy sorry" despite cleaning it with rubbing alcohol. Really unhelpful customer service

The service used to be great. Now it's unwelcoming and cold.Walked in behind an older lady (who was not checked for ID at the door), and was instantly demanded to show ID, before I could even take 3 steps in. Then had to threaten canceling my $100 order, before I was treated as a customer. This is after my partner was refused to pick up my order, even with valid ID (showing the same address and other information on the order), the credit card used for the order and the order confirmation email. This was the second vist where I was treated as such. I'm not sure what changed. It feels cold and unwelcoming now, like a stereotypical corporate run business careing only about the money as supposed to the customer. This was the last time doing business with them. I'd rather pay a little more and be treated properly as a customer. There are so many other options, pick any of them over Fire & Flower.Edit: What ever changed happend about 7 months ago, judging by the other reviews. The bad ones started popping up and about every 3rd comment, there on, is negative.

Nice staff but extremely slow service. Not an efficient system at all. Order made with guy at door, wait in line, retell your order to the one and only clerk then he runs in back to obtain your order. Took almost 20 minutes to serve me with 4 people ahead of me already pre ordered with guy at door. Otherwise, good products.

Only pot shop in town I will shop at. Workers are friendly and very knowledgable about the product. A1 service at a great price

I normally have a really great experience coming to this shop, but whoever the big guy is you had working last night, was condescending, rude, and frankly rather insulting. I won't be using your services any more.

Went in having no idea what I was doing and the guys were fantastic. I was a mess because I had just found out that my dog was in the final stages of cancer, but they still treated me with understanding, respect and kindness. I felt very comfortable in the store and they made sure to help me in any way they could. They were also very knowledgeable and helped me choose the best product for my needs, at a very affordable price. I will definitely be going back. Thanks guys! I really appreciate it!

Amazing service when I went in today, staff was very willing to help and provide advice. Great product recommendations and info fr each product. Went out of their way to help me with a discount when signing up for their free perk points.
