Nina's Nails

I have been going to Nina for 10 years now...and I LOVE LOVE LOVE HER!!! My nails are always perfect and Jen and Kim do a GREAT JOB on my feet!!! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!!

They always do what I as them to do they try their best to do what you ask of them. They have never disappointed me. I highly recommend them.

My wife stopped in on Friday June 15 for a pedi and mani with shillac. She woke up the next morning only to find her nails completely chipped. She went back in to talk to the owner and explain and the owner was very rude saying that it wasn't their fault and it was probably something my wife did to chip her nails. Mind you, after I picked her up from the nail salon we went to a black tie event and then came home to sleep. The owner would not give a refund and kept trying to tell my wife to sit down so they would fix it but obviously if they cracked once theyll crack again. Absolutely terrible service and I would not recommend this place to anybody

They were nice in service but the actual work turned out to be horrible! It started to chip after 4 days although it was shellac. A corner of the paint on one nail came off after 4 days and then the entire work at nail tip came off for all nails after 1 week!! Never going back again. Also, they did not use new instruments from fresh packs and it did not appear clean, so I doubt the hygiene standards too.

My friend and I went to get acrylics done and we booked about a month before we went. They did an awful job and rushed us out the door within about a half hour for a job that usually takes about an hour. Definitely not somewhere I'd recommend.

The first time there was okay. It was great the second time coming back for a free fix and fill, also giving them a tip. It was a more relaxing peace and quiet experience. Sadly, my first set had a nail break off after two weeks, I'm happier that my nails are fixed now. Thank you, ladies!

I have went to Nina Nails twice now, the first time I went I told them it was my first time and they did a decent job; I only had to file and fix a little bit when I got home on a couple nails because they were getting caught on my shirt. So I decided to go back because they did okay. The second time I went I got the same girl (NINA) and she rushed through the entire process, she didn't get all of the previous colour off the nails, didn't file them the same shape, she put the acrylic powder (but they tell you its gel) on lumpy, the paint job was not good at all either. Once I paid and got a better look at my nails I was horrified (My nails were all different shapes, some were thick and others were thin, all of my nails look pregnant because there are lumps throughout, she missed parts of my nails when painting, and at the cuticle of my nails they are painted crooked and sideways which make my fingers look crooked too.) When my nails were finished she not only charged me $5 more than the previous time; they also looked terrible. They also got offended when i asked to use their nail file to fix my nail while i waited for them to finish my friends nails. Even though Nina rushed to finish my nails I had to wait 45 minutes for them to finish my friends nails and she sat there on her phone. We made an appointment for two; but they didn't even start my friends nails until my nails were on their last coat on polish. So my friend and I and anyone who asks me where they should go; WILL NEVER COME BACK. This is the worst experience I have had at a nail place in a while.

First time here & the last. Worst pedicure I've experienced yet. Quick job, filing of nails was aweful, told me my callouses were good & really didnt bother to file, polish was old & gummy, cuticles where barely cleaned up. A complete joke. I used to be in this profession over 20 yrs ago & cant believe this is what they call a pedicure.
