I've been ordering from here for a couple years now, and it's disappointing to see how the food quality and service has gone down over time. The only thing this place has going for it is its late hours and that they serve halal.I totally get it when sometimes it takes a bit more time with an order, or if something was missed in an order. It's reasonable when this happens occasionally, but there have been issues with my order EVERY single time I've placed an online order for the past few months. I would come in 20-30 minutes after placing an order to give staff extra time to prepare the order, but still the order would not be finished/right when I pick it up.Most recently, I came in to pick up my order but when I checked the package, only 1 of my 2 bowls were made. The staff were understanding and fixed this right away, by making the second bowl, but this kind of mistake has been happening way too many times.Also, the bowls aren't even closed properly half the time. Here's a picture of my most recent bowl. You can see how the lid won't fit.

Great taste to fulfill your Mexican cravings. And best part is this branch is a 100 percent halal. Ordered the steak tacos and spicy chicken Burrito bowl. Steak was lovely but the chicken a bit underwhelming. So only some proteins would appeal to people based on their preferences. I found the service a bit chaotic and rushed. I tried telling them I'm a blogger let me shoot a video to cover their restaurant in my next post and they got too confused. But it was too busy at that time so all this is understandable. Solid 8 out of 10 from me and will definitely be a regular.

Muhammad is the most rude employee I have ever met. He has absolutely no manners or etiquette in speaking to people. I cannot believe they allow people like this to work here.I always order from this location and this time one of the bowls I received had chicken that was stillraw, so the entire bowl went to waste. When I came in to the store to get a new bowl, Muhammad yelled at me and told me I was hyping myself up". I had already discussed with the manager in advance and the manager had told Muhammad this already. There was no further discussion needed in person however Muhammad still claimed that I was lying and verbally abused me

Worst BarBURRITO experience ever had. Guy refused to give extra veggies in bean burrito bowl and only filled half bowl with toppings.Upon request he said they can only give few extra veggies but cant fill bowl.Also signature hot sauce was not as spicy as it should and bang bang sauce also had different taste.Spent over $10 but not worth it at all.

Went here to try the Mexican food for the first time..!!Loved the patience of the staff, helped me and explained me how to prepare the bowl of chicken as per my taste. Told me all the options I had for it. Fresh food…!!I did dine in but actually it is not recommended for dine in from my end… but no points deducted for that because it is actually a take away spot. Keep up the good work guys..!!

Worst staff! They don’t listen at all. They did not provided the desired food initially and when I tried to return or exchange it they were rude as hell. Specially the girl whom i talk to was very very rude tho i am regular customer and if we had any issue we will talk to them right but the way she yelled at me was very unexpected.This was worst customer service given to me totally unexceptable.

Excellent Quantity as well as quality. The staff nd the manager is extremely cordial. The ambiance is lovely, space is well done for dine in, the food is worth the money having said that is not very expensive. Highly recommended for vegetarians as well halal food lovers. Overall food was and service was 10/10
