I bought a house with a water treatment already installed. I had zero experience with a water system before. A tech came out to get the system running properly and taught me how to keep it maintained. Within two days our water was 100% better. Great staff and extremely helpful!

Very happy with the service I received from this small local business. The owner actually came to my house and fixed a problem we encountered with our new well filtration system after it couldn't be diagnosed over the phone. They were attentive, accomodating and we have ended up with beautiful, clean water; very happy customer!

I have a well issue and 1st stopped in a few weeks ago and met Paul. Came back today to get my pump tested. Rob tested the pump for me. Great team here, very friendly and knowledgeable.

My wife went there on two separate occasions before 4pm on weekdays both times and the place was shut down.. which is fine as it is there business but they should at least change the hours posted online and at the store.. will try again Monday I guess.

Don't call anywhere else, just call these guys and talk to Rob and/or Lloyd their service tech. We had issues with our water (hard) and they kept at it until they figured out the issue and everything was solved. Prices are fair and the service is the best you could ask for. We had dealings with 2 other companies that seemed disinterested in helping us figure out what the problem was before someone in our neighborhood recommended these guys and glad they did.

Excellent Customer Service & Follow up - we have had significant iron problems with our water for some months, & the team here worked through the problem systematically, followed up, and dealt well with the usual level of problems cheerfully, when many other companies would have bailed out - in fact, we went to Rockingham when our previous provider did just that! THANK YOU!

Can I give six stars? Rob Stewart knows what he is talking about. He will not sell you anything else than what you really need. As a novice with well water systems, yep that is what he sells and installs, I feel comfortable with his recommendations and advice. I am sure we will be without any issue for a long time coming. Tip: avoid yourself going anywhere else in HRM, get Rob to look after your water and you'll be a happy person.

Excellent trustworthy service here! We’ve been customers for a few years now and have always been happy with them. They find the most cost effective solution. Today we had a water emergency and they came out quickly, fixed the problem AND kindly cleaned the snow off of our entry way! So thoughtful.
