Terrible customer service from Lance. My sister tried to get tickets for a party from him and he hung up the phone in her face twice. Get your tickets from somewhere else.

If I could leave a negative 1 star I would. They ask you to meet them in sketchy parking lots and don’t even show up. The man was very rude once he was finally contacted. Do not purchase tickets from him!!!!

DO NOT GET YOUR TICKETS FROM HERE!!! My friend tried to get me a ticket for sandz 2023 from this eshtablishment. They were not open when they said they would be open. A worker by the name of LANCE was rude to my friend and did not even offer an apology and refused to accommodate.
