wow, I am really impressed with the customer service I received. I called needing 2 new tires & rims. Emery did all the footwork to find me new rims, as they were not in stock at their location. He outsourced them himself and got them delivered to the shop the next day. Emery also kept in great communication with me when they didn’t arrive on time like he had anticipated. I also appreciate that they found that my left brake had seized, called and let me know that they would look at it. It was a super simple fix and Milly was able to take the pins out and un- seize it. Best part, I wasn’t charged for the simple fix. thank you to milly, emery and the rest of the Midas front desk staff for a wonderful experience.

This is by far the best auto repair shop I have ever been to.I had a screw in my tire and went to a bunch of other shops to see if I can patch it and every single one of them said that I needed a new tire without even checking and even tried to tell me that I needed 4 new tires when I only have 10 000km on my car.Midas was honest from the start and took care of me. They didn’t try to sell me new tires and actually checked to see if it could get patched. I ended up needing a new one because it hit the side wall and Midas quote for a new tire was actually the cheapest from every other shop nearby.I appreciate their honesty and their hard work

Dropped my truck off to get a muffler install . Left with them all day , just to pick it up with the tire curb rushed and side panel scratched..and dent in the top of the tail gate . And when asked they just denied...do not leve your vehicle with them . . Keep your eye on it while you're there. Amateur hr there

A special shout out to Emery & Sean for really helping me out today. Discovered a flat tire on my way home yesterday. Not only did they get me in right away but my vehicle is now in top condition thanks to their expertise! I feel much more comfortable driving now and I was well taken care of. I went into Midas after I had a recall airbag replacement at the Glenoak ford dealership. The ford dealership got my drivers side window stuck down and said they couldn’t fix it. I called a bit panicked as I couldn’t use the street parking I had available if my window was stuck down.They told me to come in as soon as possible. Immediately came out to check if there was a quick solution to my issue. Once it was discovered that it wouldn’t be a quick fix, they offered to store my car overnight and even offered to drive me to a vehicle rental place and called ahead on my behalf.Sheryl and Emery kept me updated on the condition of my car during this time and Sheryl gave me multiple options for the repair.Steve the mechanic that handled my car worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. He also pointed out some connection problems with my mirror that I already knew about but I very much appreciated the information.Although not the cheapest place you can bet that they will always provide you with the best service for both you and your vehicle.I will continue to use their services.

Go here if you need auto repair in colwood / view royal. They did a great job doing custom exhaust on my older charger. They even changed the mufflers to a better sounding ones for no charge seeing the first ones didn’t provide what was expected.& a heads up……by all costs…..AVOID Starr Automotive!!!

Dropped vehicle off to be completed by next day at 10am as we were leaving for vacation today. Accepted work that it would be completed next time.10am excuses, 12pm excuses 330 pm excuses completed right before closing, out a day at our vacation rental.Quoted for more work over the phone only to find out less was done for the same price. Argumentative staff were very unhelpful and placed on extended holds every time we contacted for an update. Came here many years, this new staff is INCOMPETENT. STAY CLEAR!

I took in a damaged wheel (hit a pothole) and these guys told me there was no way to remove the tire from the rim. I trusted them and bought new tires. Later, I took the damaged wheel to Kal Tire, who had no trouble removing the tires. Now I go straight to Kal Tire for everything.I presume Midas deceived me about the other work they did. The car works fine (so Midas still gets 3 stars) but they won't see my business again.

I made a 3pm appointment for an oil change. The website said it would take an hour at most.At 4 pm my car hadn't moved. I was told they were going to get on it right away.At 4:30 when they still hadn't started it I was told that they don't have appointments, only scheduled drop off times.That would have been good to know the day before when I thought I was making an appointment.This place is the best advertising possible for the Mr. Lube down the street.Update 3 weeks later:I filled in the form the bot asked me to so they could turn this experience around."I still haven't been contacted by a human being and the store still has a sign up about appointments even though apparently
