I had my first mtg event here today and the store is AMAZING! They have everything you can imagine: MTG, Pokemon, Warhammer, Paints, Funk Pops, Books, Board Games... And the staff is super friendly and ready to help! I will come back for sure :).

Staff are very welcoming and co-operative. Online orders and buylists are ready pretty quickly but even if your order isn't ready they'll go out of their way to help you (it's probably annoying to do this but I just happened to be in the area and wanted to be time efficient).

Great place for cards and mini gaming. Lots of well lit play area. Huge range of minis with a good selection in each game. Definitely worth the trip

Stopped in here to find some old school D&D stuff. While the staff were accommodating, I felt I was a bit of an inconvenience. The cafe seemed closed which I would've liked to have taken advantage of. They had no retro D&D items but I was told there was an eBay store I could buy them from. It's a well stocked store but I just wish it had have been more of an experience.

Service here is really, really good. Very friendly staff. Large store with a big selection of cards and games. Prices are very fair and you can find some deals. Highly recommend!

On the outskirts of uptown Toronto you'll find a mecca of gamers delight. Having driven pass the building 1000s of times i was surprised that the comic books in my time was replaced by a myriad of game cards and daily and weekly gamer's tournaments.The Hairy Tarantula was founded by Leon in 1992 and grew like his interesting beard into a force that beckons adventurous minds that like to learn and challenge other gamers.All of the staff that I meet were friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable.

Visit the place last week. Great place for those who loves tabletop games, cards game. They provide ample spaces. Good ambience. Lots of stuff for browsing or to grab for. Ill definitely visit it again before going back to Malaysia.

Great place, good staff and online deliveries are always on point!Edit: I've been on a MTG singles purchasing binge and have been shopping across a handful of stores in Canada to build some wacky decks, and I'm convinced HairyT has one of the quickest and most reliable fulfillment times.

Good experience. I came in looking for a specific book, found and purchased it, cracked some good jokes with the staff then dipped. I wish I could provide some detail on their extensive, wide ranging inventory but I had to pop in and out quickly on lunch. Which just means I need to swing back in when I got a few hours to check out everything!
