I had to call Legacy as one of the directors also coordinates the use of various LDS church facilities in Cardston. My wife and i have never experience someone as rude and uncaring as the individual we talked to on the phone. Unbelievable considering we were trying to coordinate a funeral for a loved one. Maybe they were upset we were not using them as our primary funeral home (We were already using a home in our local community as this is where our loved one passed, not Cardston) but that is no excuse to be that unbelievable rude. Subsequently we discovered all of the LDS facilities were booked and a relative suggested we use the Legacy chapel. We declined on principal alone based on the horrible treatment we received and instead moved the service to another city. Speaking with some of the churches directly we were always treated with compassion and politeness. Shamefull that Legacy doesn't treat callers the same.
